  • Where is the store based?

  • Can you remake an item that is Sold Out?

    To find out whether I can remake an item for you, simply send in an email with the title of the piece(s) that you were interested in. I'll let you know if it can be remade (or not) as soon as possible. Since almost all of the pieces feature one of a kind stones, charms, findings, etc., most of them cannot be recreated exactly, or at all.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All items are shipped through the USPS First Class Package service. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your purchase has been processed (processing takes 1-3 days). Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    Note: I am not responsible for any packages that get lost or stolen in the mail. Contact your local post office immediately if your item has not arrived by the estimated tracking time.

  • How can I stay up to date with new products?

  • What's the best way for me to keep my jewelry constantly looking like new?

    While every piece is made with quality and durability in mind, each piece should be treated with the utmost care. Just like all jewelry, there are often small and delicate pieces that can become destroyed if handled too roughly. DO NOT get your items wet as this can weaken adhesives. You can also clean your pieces with a soft, dry cloth every so often.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes.

  • Are you accepting sponsors at the moment?
